So what is the Challenge22? Well it’s basically just a challenge to be a 100 percent vegan for 22 days. But it’s much more than that. I’ll get back to the details.
I heard about the challenge in my absolute favorite podcast at the moment. I don’t exactly know what it is, but @Yogagirl and her podcast From the heart is just so endearing, funny, emotional and most of all inspirational.
While listening to her podcasts I have laughed out loud in the streets, cried violently on a treadmill in the gym and felt inspired and motivated numerous of times. She made an episode called Peace, love and Veganism with James Aspey – and it is a must listen.
James Aspey recommended the Challenge22 – and I signed up minutes later.
The challenge22 is free and it starts the 29th of December. It takes place in a closed Facebook group where you every day get a new vegan challenge. You get access to mentors, nutritionists, fellow vegans and tons of recipes. Love it!

It will absolutely be a challenge for me, because I’m currently traveling in Brazil. My fiancé is on tour (I’m taking a break from my job in Denmark – doing the groupie thing for a couple of months). And neither airports nor hotel rooms are especially vegan friendly. But I’m ready!
I have done the 100 percent vegan living before and it was amazing. My body felt great and I reduced a recurring skin condition that no-one has been able to diagnose.
