
Up for something sweet? Try these delicious cacao-banana pancakes. 🙂 Not too unhealthy either!
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 3/4 cup (95 g) whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60) ml water
- 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Olive oil for frying
- Maple syrup, blueberries and 1 can of peaches for topping
Cook
- Mix mashed banana, almond milk, water and sugar
- Combine flour, cacao powder and baking powder in another bowl
- Mix the ingredients together and stir until smooth
- Make the pancakes (as thick/big as you like) in a pan with a little olive oil to fry
- Serve pancakes hot with syrup, blueberries and cut peaches
