Cacao-banana pancakes with peaches and maple syrup

Up for something sweet? Try these delicious cacao-banana pancakes. 🙂 Not too unhealthy either!



  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup (95 g) whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60) ml water
  • 2 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Maple syrup, blueberries and 1 can of peaches for topping



  1. Mix mashed banana, almond milk, water and sugar
  2. Combine flour, cacao powder and baking powder in another bowl
  3. Mix the ingredients together and stir until smooth
  4. Make the pancakes (as thick/big as you like) in a pan with a little olive oil to fry
  5. Serve pancakes hot with syrup, blueberries and cut peaches
