
It’s time for pancakes again – and yes they taste just as amazing without eggs! Make them for a loved one and serve breakfast in bed. I know that is my only plan this weekend. ❤
Ingredients
- 125 g (1 cup) flour of your choice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 240 ml (1 cup) almond milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- Vegan butter for the pan
- Maple syrup
- Raspberries for topping
Make
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl
- In another bowl mix almond milk, apple cider, vanilla, cardamom and stir
- Mix the dry and the wet ingredients in the same bowl and stir until smooth
- Pour a good batter onto a pan with a little vegan butter and make over medium heat
- When the top bubbles a little turn the pancake
- Serve with maple syrup and raspberries.
